What happens if we only eat in the first 10 hours of the day?

Limiting our meals to certain part of the day, in no way represents the new one way of eating. You must have already heard about intermittent fasting or intermittent fasting, in which people in most cases limit their eating to 8 hours. This method is valid for a bit controversial, but many have achieved with it improving health, but they also managed to lose something extra kilos.
V of California Studies, which was organized by dr. Frank Scheer, people limited their meal times to 8 instead of 8 10 hours. The experts were of the opinion that this method is better for the majority realistic, and besides, he wouldn't give them the feeling that he was being fed cancel. Therefore, people started eating at about 8 o'clock, and the last meal was consumed around 6 o'clock in the evening.
Research has shown that such an eating technique was useful especially for those who had increased risk of cardiovascular disease: their value blood sugar improved, but theirs also decreased blood pressure. The reason for the positive effects lies primarily in the fact that our cells they need some time to metabolism, which stimulates processes that are important for the smooth functioning of our body.
Experts also observed positive effects in those who wanted to lose extra pounds: in this way they can have meals better organized and it didn't happen that they indulged in the evening hours unhealthy snacks.

Does it matter when we start meals?

Experts also determined what role this plays, at what time let's start with meals- 10 hour time period it can take place, for example, from noon to 10 p.m. And the conclusions were not predictable: it turned out that it is much better for health if food is consumed in earlier hours.
People who started their meals later noticed about themselves during the day increased hunger and the desire to reach for unhealthy options. Problems were also observed in sleep quality: a late dinner can cause stomach pains, night waking and inability to sleep.
