Futuristic "Sky Car" - a system of aerial floating cars

Israel's Tel Aviv will get the Sky car system, a system of hovering cars on a magnetic cushion, by 2016 as IAI and skyTran build a rail network that will hover high above the road and sidewalks. The cars in the air will slide like curtains on the curtain, but since it is only a prototype, the project is hanging in the air until further notice. If it is successful, however, the traffic will begin to move under the sky elsewhere as well.

500 meter bow of the floating magnetic track is the result of cooperation between the Israeli Space Industry (IAI) and the Californian company skyTran and will be located in the Tel Aviv Space Campus. Computer controlled system will operate creeping two-seat maglevs, air vehicles on magnetic levitation in the shape of a teardrop. The 'climate' Sky Car is considered to be the most sustainable form of transport to come from skyTran and although these little horses will initially be able to do everything 69 km/h, will soon reach much higher speeds.

Experts are forging a hovering car into the seventh heaven, or rather, into the Tel Aviv sky.

The aim of the new type of 'road' network is revolutionize public transport, to try to get the cities out of traffic jams and heart attack peaks and finally to tip the scales on the side of green-colored vehicles, which are not only more economical compared to classic four-wheelers, but in this case also quite a lot safer. The 'skyTranovac' ride will be a taste for the bad 4€ and although at first it will only be for a 'Funfair' experience, if successful, the rails will spread their tentacles all over central Israel, and expect them in France, India, and the coast of San Francisco.
