Ingridients:

6 dcl of sweet cream
2 sheets of gelatin
0.3 dcl of rum
2 vanilla sugars
3 spoons of sugar
3 knife tips freshly grated
ginger

Preparation:

Boil half of the cream and add everything to it
other ingredients. The remaining half of the cream
beat and mix it into the almost cooled mixture.
Pour into beautiful glasses and sprinkle on top
a little grated chocolate and a pinch
freshly grated ginger.
