Ingredients for 4 people:
blanširan koromač narezan na rezine
4 kosi kruha
15 dkg mocarele v rezinah
8 g masla
sol, mleti poper, strok česna, oljčno olje
Preparation:
Kose kruha premažemo z prerezanim strokom
česna, maslom in pokapljamo z oljčnim
oljem. Malo posolimo in popopramo. Obložimo
z kosi blanširanega koromača, rezinami
mocarele, pokapljamo z oljčnim oljem in pečemo
v pečici 5 minut na 180 o C.
