The dishes are offered in the form of a tasting menu, which includes many delicacies, especially those with herbs and vegetables from the home garden. But in order not to give too much away, let us suggest that it is worth trying the terrine of trout and leek in a licorice crust with grapefruit and horseradish foam, a packet of mountain cottage cheese and Chinese cabbage with pancetta in tomato juice, coffee noodles with scraps of Adriatic sea bass in coffee foam and lemons, ... Ten rooms decorated in art deco style and a covered terrace with hammocks are available for guests' rest and well-being in the Franko House. They boast a large wine cellar, where you can try a good drop, and the owner Valter Kramar will enrich you with his sommelier experience.
