Look at this wonder, placed in a completely contrasting environment, which nevertheless inspires and leaves your mouth open!
After House Inside a Rock and Rock House 3, he is an architect Amey Kandalgaonkar shared his latest project A house in the desert ("House in the Desert"). This one wants to emphasize the duality of the landscape. The house, which wraps around the natural stone formation, draws attention to both the permanence and fragility of the latter.
Amey Kandalgaonkar draws her inspiration from the works of architect Lebbeus Woods and concept artist Spartha. His latest creation reflects the theme of duality, as the vertical column of the house acts as a contrast to the natural rock. Both are the same height, except that one is a rough, natural formation carved by wind erosion over thousands of years, and the other is a smooth, artificial, otherworldly concrete "box" that landed in the landscape.
The winding "arm" around the stone formation extends to the bridge, which connects opposing entities, and the bridge is just like that residential unit of the house. The winding is installed so that protects the vulnerable part of the natural rock, which is still exposed to wind erosion, as well as the main staircase entrance to the house.
The windows are minimalist and in the form of horizontal slits, which only further emphasizes the monolithic nature of the residence and its contrast with the surroundings. An open roof terrace serves as a place to socialize and stargaze. The house, this unusual concrete object, which is really placed in a completely contrasting environment, nevertheless strives to reduce the carbon footprint and helps protect the immediate surroundings.
