Homemade hand mask: treatment for beautiful hands and nails

You don't need to go to a beauty salon to renew the skin on your fingers and hands, you can make the preparation yourself.

Beautiful and well-groomed hands are often the first thing we notice when talking to someone, and admit it, the first impression is very important. Having well-groomed hands does not mean that you have to have long nails, it is important that they are neat, clean and that your skin is well-groomed.

Normal hand creams are not enough to moisturize the skin because it is constantly exposed to chemicals - dishwashing detergents, liquid soaps, disinfectants, then wind, cold...

As a result, the skin on the hands is often dry, cracked, and the cuticle appears. It is also true that they can be like this due to a lack of certain vitamins or as a result of bad habits (nail biting).

Treat your hands to perfect care. Do this in the evening, before going to bed. Dip your hands in warm water beforehand. After a few minutes, cut them and shape the nails, then push the cuticle towards the nail root with a wooden stick. Do not cut them with scissors, the cuticle has a protective role, as they prevent the penetration of impurities and bacteria into the root of the nail. Grooming is recommended instead of cutting.
