The Art Series Hotel chain has launched a new program called "Reverse Reviews". In an interesting concept, they wanted to reverse the logic of evaluation: instead of guests giving a rating of the hotel on various networks, hotel employees evaluate the guests. A hotel that rates its guests rewards the top rated with free nights, extra benefits and dinners and lunches.

Art Series it is a hotel that evaluates its guests. You read that right: instead of guests rating how satisfied they are with individual aspects of their hotel stay, the hotel staff evaluates the guests. In this way, the Art Series hotel chain set out to constructively promote a polite attitude towards the hotel staff, protection of hotel property and ultimately establishing respectful attitude towards the environment.

The hotel encourages guests to they change towels and sheets as little as possible, se they do not behave presumptuously and upon departure they do not leave completely untidy spaces.
