How do you burn the most calories in the shortest possible time?

Four great exercises that can lead to enviable results!

Amanda Lee, one of the personal trainers of the star Kourtney Kardashian, has put together exercises for the Poosh portal that can help you achieve enviable results in a short time.

“These movements and HIIT exercises are super effective because they increase the metabolism for 24 hours, even at rest, so our body continues to burn fat after the exercises are done. You also use them to burn the maximum number of calories in the shortest possible time, which is why these exercises are a favorite of many people." Lee told Poosh. She has also prepared a video in which you can watch the sequence of exercises.

Military jumps (burpees)

Jump in the air and pick up the teroks. Squat down and place your hands on the floor in front of you. Jump back with both feet so that you are in a plank position. Jump with your feet forward, towards your hands. Jump in the air again and raise your arms toward the ceiling. Repeat 10 times.

Squat and high jump (in/out jump squats)

Stand firmly on the floor with your feet hip-width apart. Squat down, then bounce off the floor by staying low and extending your legs. Jump again, this time bringing your feet back hip-width apart. Continue alternating the two positions. Repeat 20 times.

Jumping lunges

Get into lunge stance (eg left foot forward). Jump and switch legs so that you land with the opposite leg in front of you (your right leg). Jump back and forth, alternating legs and stopping as little as possible. Repeat 12 times.

Ski jumps

Start in a flat position. Jump to the right side, on the right foot, lower yourself to the ground and touch the ground with your hand, while placing the left leg behind you. Now jump to the left side and switch legs. You stop as little as possible. Repeat 12 times.
