External batteries, with external powerbanks, often come in handy. But we rarely find one we like. Especially if we want a USB-C connector or if we want to charge a laptop with it. HyperJuice should fulfill both wishes.
USB-C theoretically, it allows the transfer of hundreds of watts of energy, which is something that few take advantage of, even with laptop power supplies. Battery HyperJuice but it will have as many as two such outputs, one with a power of 100 W, the other with 60 W. With this, supposedly the only external battery that will be able to charge some devices. Next to it will be a normal USB, where you can plug in any cable (USB-C, microUSB, lightning...) and it will charge phone, tablet, camera or something fourth with 18 watts (2 A at 9 V). One of the two C's will be used for energy input.
This portable rechargeable battery will also differ from others in terms of performance, which will be concrete 27000 mAh. It will come from eight batteries manufactured by LG Chemical. A weight of half a kilogram will also be suitable for this. On Kickstarter early backers got it for $149, you can still sign up for December shipping for $159 or, if you miss that option, for $179, after that the regular price should be $299. The inventors of the battery claim that it will work with it can be boarded on a plane.
