Trial portions were served in the cafe Galerie u Lišky Bystroušky, where the lumps went like honey. Although the main ingredient is cheese, it is ice cream sweet and not salty, as many would expect. Tvarůžky cheese, which since 2010 is also registered in register of protected designations of origin in the EU (such as our piranha salt), is already produced in Loštice since the 15th century.
