Berries are full of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries contain antioxidants called anthocyanins, which protect nerves and fight stress well.

Fatty types of fish

Fatty fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, which are the first line of defense against stress. Not only are they important for brain function, but they can also help you fight chronic stress.

Broccoli is very rich in magnesium, vitamin C and folate, which are good allies in the fight against bad mood.
This vegetable is highly desirable on the menu, as its ingredient sulforaphane lowers bad cholesterol and blood pressure, and has been proven to have strong antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties.

Chard

It is estimated that about 150 grams of chard contains about 36 percent magnesium, which plays a very important role in our body's response to chronic stress. Low levels of this mineral have been linked to conditions such as anxiety and panic attacks. Persistent stress lowers the level of magnesium in our body, and chard soup could be the right choice after a long and stressful day.
