A few days ago today, Apple officially launched the new iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus in bright red. This marks more than 10 years of partnership between the Apple brand and the charity RED Foundation, which fights for a future without HIV.
Behind the RED project Bono, lead singer of U2, and Bobby Shriver are standing. The concept is quite simple. Manufacturers of cult products color their products in a certain shade of red and donate part of the proceeds to the foundation ORDER, which then allocates the funds to HIV research and the fight against it AIDS.
