Ice creams that carry the aroma of some of our favorite drinks are certainly not new, but when we happen to have the opportunity to try something new, it's the right time to really do it.
The sensation we are writing about this time is Teranino ice cream, which is easily the biggest sensation of this summer. The place of its creation is, of course, beautiful Istria, which constantly surprises us with its beauty and innovation.
The whole story started when he Ana Bolobicchio from Pula, visited the wonderful gelateria Leone in Fažana last summer, where she was impressed by the delicious ice cream. At that time, she followed the aforementioned pastry shop on social networks and started sharing her impressions, until Ana was brave enough to recommend the owner of the pastry shop to make ice cream from Teranino.
Ana and the owner of the haberdashery Mišel Sirotic joined forces and started working on the project terranino ice cream. "I am very proud of this cooperation. Something that I honestly thought would remain just a crazy idea and my imagination came true already in the next season and in the best possible way. Every day I get messages on all social media from people who are excited to try Terranin's ice cream, sending me photos and compliments and I couldn't be happier. I combined two of my greatest loves and created something that people are so excited about. Of course, in addition to the excellent professional cooperation with Mišel, we also made some new social ties and perhaps created the basis for further crazy ideas", she concluded. Ana, while Mishel adds: "In 2020, in addition to terranino, we launched new flavors such as pomegranate, mascarpone, fig, walnuts and kefir. We create something new every year and on average we make 3 to 4 new flavors every season because we want to keep growing.”
