In every job, there comes a time when everything doesn't go as it should or as you imagined it would. After years of research, scientists have discovered what is the most stressful job in the world. Can you guess which job it is?
Could it be a stockbroker, a bus driver, a teacher, a pilot, a cashier, a doctor, a nurse - these are all occupations that can be imagined at the top of the list of the most stressful jobs in the world.
None of that, the most stressful job in the world is – after research of Southern Medical University in China – waiter!
It might sound a bit strange at first - because it's a job with less responsibility than, say, a pilot. However, if a person thinks a little more deeply, he finds the result of the research acceptable.
Waiters are constantly standing during work and are constantly under mental and physical pressure, and the stress factor is extremely high.
They don't appreciate them, mostly they do poorly paid and their job is very inflexible. Scientists also found that waiters more often due to stress they reach for cigarettes and alcohol. The study spanned 17 years and included 136,000 respondents.
And which professions are the least stressful? Scientist and architect.
