When we urgently need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and a good coffee, we go to Gornja trg, where the route takes us to Ljubljana Castle. In the open, minimalist atmosphere of the snack bar, where we will always ask for repeats, we are served with warm minestrone, vegetarian and vegan soups, innovative sandwiches, French pies and butter croissants, which further comfort the culinary soul in the company of homemade juices, iced teas and fragrant coffee. On Fridays, we also have more abundant lunches, depending on the seasonal offer of our customers, and during the weekend, the offer of two obligatory lunches and beef soup with frittatas is rounded off by phenomenal burgers made from 100% beef and veggie burgers, which you can assemble to your own liking. An excellent wine or beer from small but exceptional brewers will go well with it. V To Repete we feel as if we were having lunch with friends, as it combines a pleasant atmosphere and dishes that arrive on the plate in an extremely homely way.
