Bionics is the technology of joining the organic and the inorganic, and this is exactly what the company from the Netherlands is trying to do, which introduced the headphones Buds. Have you ever wished you could silence the noise around you? Have you ever wished silence colleagues, who chatted unpleasantly and disturbed you at work? Fortunately, a Dutch company is on the same wavelength and wants to solve the very early problems with a device that is kind of “volume button” of your hearing. Knobs was developed for musicians who need full control over ambient sounds, but at the same time need hearing protection from loud sounds. The headphones are ergonomically designed so that they are suitable for wearing in the ear for several hours or all day.
Sound volume and the mode of operation is controlled by the simple rotation of a single knob on the front of the headset, which allows one to choose from 4 programs or steps. Step one gives you normal hearing, step two mutes background sounds, step three drowns out the extreme loudness of a concert stage, and step four gives you full a bubble of silence.
The idea for headphones comes from earplugs, which must be worn during various tasks that may damage hearing.
