LG introduces the LG StanbyME GO, a 27-inch touchscreen display packed in a case that takes entertainment to a whole new level. Perfect for travelers who don't want to miss a moment of their favorite shows.
Have you ever dreamed of taking your TV with you on a trip? Well, LG has turned that dream into reality. Introducing the LG StanbyME GO, a television that you can take with you wherever you go, in a suitcase!
LG Electronics introduced the smart indoor and outdoor LG StanbyME GO, a 27-inch touch screen with a 20W four-channel speaker system, packed in a case. This means passengers can now take the entertainment with them wherever they go. And when we say "entertainment", we really mean everything - from playing movies, listening to music as if on a record player, to playing tabletop and touch screen games.
With everything in a case, the LG StanbyME GO is easy to slide into tight spaces, making it extremely portable. In addition, it is equipped with a built-in battery that allows up to three hours of use without connection to external power.
The touch screen can be rotated and adjusted according to the user's preferences. You can tilt it, rotate it 90 degrees, or place it in tabletop mode. When in tabletop mode, the StanbyME Go screen sits in the bottom of the case, allowing you to play digital board games or turn on a virtual turntable.
But that's not all! This TV in a suitcase also supports voice commands and has an automatic on/off function. LG claims that the StanbyME Go is extremely durable, having passed 11 tests according to US military standards.
Finally, the LG StanbyME Go is already available in the US, with a global launch in key markets in Europe planned around October 2023.
But wait, that's not all! If you pre-order the LG StanbyME GO on the LG website for the “modest” $999.99, you will also receive a free LG XBoom 360 Bluetooth speaker. It's like the cherry on top of the cake! Shipments will begin later this month, although the exact date is not yet known. Maybe LG is waiting for the right moment to surprise us?
