A five-star luxury resort is opening in Ugljan in 2023, which will win you over with its summer charm - LIOQA Resort.

The private resort was designed by the famous architectural trio, architect Caros Lamas, who is behind a series of modern villas around the world, and renowned Croatian creators Boris Bacalja and Jelena Banić. They created the five-star LIOQA Resort, which is located on the western side of the island of Uglajn and consists of as many as 21 modern villas, which will open their doors in 2023.

There will be four types of villas, which differ in the number of bedrooms and the size of the plot. These vary between 787 and 1,782 m2, which allows for complete privacy. Each will boast five stars, and their equipment will also be suitable for this. Owners can choose between a standard package or an exclusive Marissa Gallo interior. The villas are equipped with state-of-the-art smart systems that make life easier and enable the owner to have complete control over the house even when he is not staying in it.
The resort has direct access to the sea, and guests can also anchor their vessels in the private marina. It is expected to open its doors by the end of next year, and house owners will also be able to offer their accommodation for rent.
