Slovenians love Balkan cuisine

Although they originate from Balkan cuisine čevapčiči and pleskavice are actually a real Slovenian national dish. One of the researches a few years ago revealed that čevapčiči and pleskavice are even at the top of Slovenian culinary preferences in terms of popularity. So it's no surprise that these simple dishes are often taken very seriously. There are almost as many stories about how to prepare the perfect čevapčići and pleskavici as there are masters of grilling meat. Everyone has their own secret. Among them is also a brand ambassador President, current masterchef Zhan Milosavljevic, who also agrees that there is no summer without an iron repertoire of grilled dishes. Although he has extensive culinary knowledge, Žan also likes to make his own čevapčičs. Do you want to know what tricks he uses? It also awaits attentive viewers in the video The President's Prize Surprise.

Young cream cheese for every picnic

There is no good picnic without good, delicious cream cheese. True lovers of grilled food know well that not every country is the same, which is why choosing the right one, which will melt just right after freshly baked meat delicacies and enrich the feast from the grill, is an important task. The color, texture and taste of the cream are influenced by the ripening time, the composition of milk fat and protein and, of course, the type of milk. Depending on the ripening time, we generally distinguish between mature kajmak, which is usually more grainy, salty and spicy, and young kajmak, which is softer and has a gentler taste. While mature kajmak is known for its really specific taste, which is not very close to many people, the taste of young kajmak is milder and goes perfectly with grilled delicacies. He is one of the most popular young kajmaks in our country Président young kajmak, which has the taste of traditional kajmak and is made according to a homemade recipe.

Young kajmak President is a real Serbian kajmak, made according to a traditional recipe.

Recipe for Ljubljana patties

There are several types of patties, and almost every home cook knows how to add a pinch of originality to theirs.
