Scientists warn that cold water actually slows down hydration body and that water or a drink at room temperature is best drunk in the heat, because the body absorbs them more quickly. In addition, if you drink ice-cold drinks immediately after a meal, there is a high probability, to catch a cold even when it's hot outside. Once you get used to drinking room temperature water, you will notice a strong improving digestion and you will feel better during and after the meal.
Drinking warm tea at a temperature of 30 degrees also has its advantages, as it will be warm the drink made you sweat and thus cooled you down, but there is a catch: a warm drink will only cool you down when there is no moisture outside or when the air is dry. The effect will be even better if you wear clothes that do not retain moisture or allow sweat to evaporate.
