Albino it is a quiet, peaceful village with a spectacular view, but according to the 'mayor' of the municipality, families and young people are leaving like on a conveyor belt. Now the population has decreased to 240 people, the school is closed, and the 7 remaining children were thus forced to move elsewhere. And what can such a small village do in this rich country? The aim of the initiative is to attract families and persons, younger than 45 years, who want to move and create a new home. Every adult should for 10 years received just 25 thousand Swiss francs (21,500 euros), and each child will bring an additional 10 thousand Swiss francs.
