''We hope you're the man to do the job,'' Brad Pitt is told in the film War Machine, where the popular Hollywood actor dons a military uniform once again. Netflix is behind the film, and in addition to Pitt, this absurd war story also stars Tilda Swinton.
War Machine is original A Netflix movie, in which he stars as an American general who takes over NATO forces in Afghanistan, performing Brad Pitt (Bare Fists Club, Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Allies). He directed the film David Michôd (Animal Kingdom).

The film was inspired by the book The Operators: The Wild & Terrifying Inside Story of America's War in Afghanistan by the late journalist Michael Hastings. In addition to Pitt, the film features a bunch of great actors, including Tilda Swinton (Doctor Strange, Eternal Lover, Icebreaker), who warns Pitt that this is a war he will never win, and Ben Kingsley (Iron Man 3, Gandi , Schindler's List).
