"My wife hates when I work from home": this is how the artist Banksy transformed the home bathroom

Anonymous street artist Banksy gave his fans a rare glimpse into his personal life when he shared his home bathroom on Instagram (well, that's what we can assume). In a series of photos, we can see rats making a mess in the bathroom.

Banksy he painted nine rats, and wrote under the series of photos: "My wife hates it when I work from home" (My wife hates it when I work from home). Rodents climb the shelves, swing on the towel rack, hang from the lamp holder and unroll the toilet paper. One of the rats even pees on the toilet seat.

Banksy is an anonymous British street artist, political activist and film director. His satirical art and subversive epigrams often combine dark humor with graffiti done in a distinctive stenciling technique. In February of this year, he gifted his hometown of Bristol with a wall dedicated to the theme of Valentine's Day. Last December, he shared an alternative Christmas scene (nativity) that is a comment on the imposed divide between Israelis and Palestinians!
