The crispy exterior, soft center and unforgettable smell of the popular Brazilian snack will leave you with the memory of the World Cup in Brazil forever.

Ingredients for approx. 20 rolls:
1 ½ cups whole milk
1 cup of water
1 cup melted butter (or vegetable oil)
4 ½ cups tapioca flour
5 eggs
2 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic (chopped)
1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:
Heat the milk, water and melted butter (or oil) in a pan and when it boils, add the flour and salt and mix until a smooth paste is formed. Stir in the garlic and set aside for 10 minutes.
Mix in the eggs and cheese and form the mass into balls, which should be a little bigger than golf balls. Place them on a greased baking sheet or baking paper and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 C for 15-20 minutes (until golden).
Serve the balls while they are still warm! Just make sure they don't go out before the match starts!

Colombian chicken wings with coriander sauce

There are thousands of recipes for poultry and they will turn out great in the 95%! The Colombian version of roasted poultry with a coriander sauce of bright colors and even more lively flavors is also delicious and quite light!

Ingridients:
– 24 poultry houses
– salt and pepper
– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
– 1 cup of beer
– 5 shallots, chopped
– 6 cloves of garlic, chopped
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 1 tablespoon of ground cumin

For the sauce:
– ½ cup shallots
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 2 cups coriander leaves
– ¼ cup chopped mint
– 2 tablespoons of olive oil
– 4 tablespoons of lime juice
– salt and black pepper
– 1 tablespoon of sugar
– ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation:
Combine the vegetable oil, beer, shallots, garlic, cumin and onion from the first group of ingredients in a blender to make a smooth marinade. Wash, dry and season the chicken wings with salt and pepper. Put them in a container, cover them with marinade and leave them in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (or preferably overnight).
After the time has elapsed, heat the oven to 200 C. Place the poultry on baking paper and bake until they become just the right amount of crispy and well-done.
While they are baking, you can prepare the coriander sauce. The process is simple: mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a food processor so that they are quickly chopped. For an extra kick, you can add mint to the sauce. The poultry can be served in several small bowls with sauce as a side dish, so that during the game everyone can nibble on their supply of poultry without interruption. Buen provecho!

Available ingredients, quick preparation and a simple recipe... if only the road to football victory was as easy as preparing Kaastengels!

Ingridients:
125 g of salted butter
2 egg yolks
25 g of starch
150 g of all-purpose flour
100 g grated Dutch cheese (e.g. Gouda, Edamec)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
For decoration:
50 g of grated cheese
1 egg yolk

Preparation:
Mix the two egg yolks and butter with a mixer and slowly add the grated cheese. Mix in the flour, starch and baking powder by hand. Mix the dough and form a long roll. Cut it into tiles (approx. 1x3cm) and place them on baking paper. Coat them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with grated cheese. You can play around a bit and add your favorite herbs, e.g. thyme, rosemary, oregano. If you want them to be more crunchy, add sesame, cumin, poppy seeds. Put them in a preheated oven at 180 C, where they should bake for about 15 minutes or until they turn golden yellow. Have a good run!
