Apple is sensibly updating its product line in 2020, which is why, after the renovation of the 16-inch Macbook Pro laptop and its cousin, the Apple Macbook Air, the Swiss army knife of mobile professionals, the Apple Macbook Pro 13", was also updated.
It is basically an annual model "facelift", that is, a minor evolution of the existing model. 13-inch Macbook Pro will get that way new keyboard, which has caused quite a few headaches in the past. It has doubled and thereby greatly increased the data storage that is now possible to configure on 4 TB. The newcomer is equipped with an Intel "chip" 10th generation and improved graphics that promise for 80 percent better efficiency or speed. Of course, a faster working memory (RAM) is also available, which can be upgraded up to 32 GB. The latter is definitely a first for this size, i.e. at 13-inch Macbook Pro laptop.
As before, it is available in two decent colors: classic silver and space gray.
Greatly improved graphics
While it was possible the previous generation 13-inch MacBook Pro only connect to one resolution display 5K (or two with 4K resolution at the same time), the 2020 models work with one external screen in 6K resolution (6016 × 3384) at 60Hz. This means that users who prefer a smaller version of the MacBook Pro can easily use the latter with Apple's full-resolution Pro Display XDR. This has not been possible until now. Buyers should be aware that only the most expensive models with four core processors 10th generation Intel and 16GB of RAM support 6K external monitors. If you choose entry-level models with 8th Gen Intel processors and only 8GB of RAM, you'll be limited to a single 5K external display or two 4K external displays with your MacBook Pro.
Among the novelties and essential updates, we have to add more Wi-Fi 6. generation, the iPhone 11 and iPad Pro already have the latter. Of course, we blame the "selfie" camera, which still has only 720p resolution.
For the new 13-inch MacBook Pro should be subtracted from 1,299 dollars further, models with the tenth generation of Intel chips and 16 GB of RAM and they start at $1,799. Euro prices will most likely be very comparable!
