In July, a new luxury resort will open on the island, which was bought by the famous actor Marlon Brando in 1967.
Teriaroa Atoll is located in French Polynesia and consists of twelve smaller islets. Resort, named The Brando will be located on the island of Onetahi, which is historically known as a vacation spot for the Tahitian royal family. An actor Marlon Brando fell in love with the island in 1962, when he was shooting a film there. He later bought it and met his third wife there.
The new, incredibly prestigious resort consists of 35 separate villas, all built from local materials and ecologically friendly. The villas are located along the coast and each of them has swimming pool, own beach and outdoor dining. The interior of the villas is spacious, airy and equipped with everything modern technology. Large sliding doors open to the sea and offer breathtaking views. Guests can choose from many leisure activities such as: diving, rowing or cycling research an island.
