The Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain is not just another hatchback. No, it's a hatchback that's been lifted, equipped with everything you need for easy off-road driving like dirt roads, but without the need for an SUV. So - a vehicle for all terrains, tailored to architects and engineers!

Let's start from the front. Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain 2024 it has a different front headlight than the sedan, with two bars with an iridium silver finish in the center and a revised lower grille. The wheel rims are surrounded by a dark gray bumper. It comes standard with 18-inch (45.72 cm) wheels, but 19- (48.26 cm) and 20-inch (50.8 cm) versions are also available.

Trunk volume is 615 liters (21.7 cubic feet), which can be expanded to 1,830 liters (64.6 cubic feet) with the rear seats folded down. By comparison, the E-Class sedan's trunk holds 19 cubic feet (538 liters).

A mild hybrid may be hiding under the hood E 450 4Matic with a 3.0-liter straight-six turbo engine that produces 375 horsepower (280 kW) from 5,800 to 6,100 rpm and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque. The Boost electric system adds 17 kW (23 hp) and 205 Nm (151 lb-ft). The hatchback reaches 97 km/h (60 mph) in an estimated 4.6 seconds and has an electronically limited top speed of 209 km/h (130 mph). Of course, there are other engines available. Of course, everything depends on the market itself and its offer. In principle, all engines of the E model range are available.

Last but by no means least, Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain 2024 coming ssMercedes' Airmatic air suspension as standard, which enables continuous adaptive damping. The system maintains a constant distance from the ground regardless of the vehicle's load. In Comfort mode, it is reduced by 1.5 cm (0.6 in) at speeds above 120 km/h (75 mph).

When it comes to the trunk of the new Mercedes-Benz E-Class All-Terrain 2024 it's like Harry Potter's magic hat: it always seems to be able to take more than you expect. It starts at 615 litres, but if you need room for, say, a replica statue of David (headless, of course), it can be expanded to 1,830 litres. But if you're eco-conscious and opt for the hybrid version, the boot shrinks a bit but still offers 460 to 1,675 litres.

For anyone who likes to stretch out in the back seats (or has very long elbows), here's another piece of good news. Thanks to the 22-millimeter longer wheelbase, which now amounts to 2,961 millimeters, you have as much as 1,519 millimeters of elbow room in the rear seats. This is 25 millimeters more than before. So if you've ever wanted to play table tennis in the back seats, now might be the time.

And for anyone who likes to tow things (or has trouble deciding what to leave at home), the E-Class All-Terrain can tow up to 2,100 kilograms. Yes, this also applies to the hybrid version. But if you're not towing anything, you can tow up to 750 kilograms. And if you are a fan of e-bikes, you can also take them with you on the road, as the load capacity of the towing hook is up to 84 kilograms.

In the new Mercedes E-Class All-Terrain technology has reached a new level. Imagine you forgot your car keys, but you have your iPhone or Apple Watch with you. No worries! With the digital key[1], you can use your smartphone or watch as a car key. And if you ever wanted to share your “key” with friends or family, you can share your digital key with up to 16 people. But when you get into the car and notice that it's empty next to you, the front passenger's screen simply switches to the background. How polite! And if you're feeling cold, you can set your routine in MBUX so that at a certain temperature the heated seats turn on and the ambient light glows in a warm orange hue. For everyone who feels sick in the car, there is the new ENERGIZING COMFORT program, which reduces the symptoms of nausea. So if you're worried about feeling sick in the car, the E-Class All-Terrain reassures you with technology that helps you stay balanced.

Although its front area A is slightly larger than the previous model (2.39 m2 compared to 2.37 m2), it is like comparing two almost identical brothers. And when it comes to parking? Well, thanks to the standard Active Park Assistant, which can be intuitively activated via the touch screen, getting in and out of parking spaces is faster than ever. The car moves at a speed of 4 km/h, which is almost as fast as your grandmother on an electric scooter!

If you are looking for a vehicle that combines all these features, then this is the right choice for you. And if you're wondering about the price, you'll have to wait a little longer.
