The new Mercedes E station wagon is the new largest station wagon from Stuttgart, which combines elegance with sportiness. It is designed in the style of the C-class, so it has a sleeker body, and its interior has also shrunk. He discarded the sharp features of his predecessor, which the team gathered around Robert Lešnik polished into rounded lines. The sixth generation of the E-class station wagon relies on the practicality of the trunk, which is now smaller, and less is more in style. There will also be a derivative with seven seats, i.e. with an additional pair of seats in the third row.

A folding bench in the third row will also be available for the trunk, mainly intended for transporting children. As standard, the new Mercedes E station wagon is equipped with an electrically movable protective roll of the trunk, which is also here electric tailgate opening, including a kick under the rear bumper. The new Mercedes E wagon is based on the technology and safety delicacies of the E class sedan, i.e. with all electronic safety, entertainment and driving assistants. There, the newest generation of diesel engine is waiting for us, namely in three versions - 2.0-liter E200d (110 kW/150 HP) and E220d (143 kW/194 hp) and a 3.0-liter E300d (190 kW/258 hp) V6. There will be four engines in the petrol station. He will be the head of them AMG E 43 4Matic with a 3.0-liter V6 engine with an output of 401 hp (295 kW), base version, E200, will boast a power of 184 hp (135 kW). Power to the wheels will be delivered to all models 9-speed 9G-tronic gearbox, orders for them will start to be collected at the end of summer 2016, and the first customers will be reached before the end of the year.
