Renault has been announcing the redesigned Renault Megane for some time, which it is expected to show to the public for the first time at the Frankfurt Motor Show in a few days. But the dose of anticipation was so great that photos were leaked to the public already today. The Renault Megane attacks the massive "Golf" class and wants a class scalp. Can he succeed?
New Renault Megane in its 4th generation, it does not make compromises, and according to first impressions and judging by what has been seen photos seriously contending for the crown in its class. It has grown somewhat in both the wheelbase (2.8 cm) and track width (3.9 cm), while it is also slightly lower (2.5 cm) than the previous generation. It's true that it's about centimeters, if not millimeters, but they know each other and give the car a more decisive and exceptional sporty silhouette.
From the side, you will immediately recognize it, but at the back it remains more conventional and above all different from the class average. In the latter, we also recognize the features of the recently presented one Talisman Grandtour, and in the nose it summarizes the appearance of its recently renovated brothers - capture, talisman, Alaskan and clia. In the rear, especially the extremely wide headlights, which stretch almost across the entire width and thus give the appearance of the car more powerful feeling. Thoughtful and imaginative!
Right from the start, the sportier version of the Megane GT is also available
Renault does not make compromises, and right from the start, this market also sends the more aggressively designed Renault Megane GT, which appeals to young people, which has a more sporty and aggressively designed front bumper than its plebeian brother, and on the rear, the integrated exhaust pipe flourishes in the rear bumper, where there is no shortage of chrome and drama. The new Mégane GT has the tag "Renault Sport” on the rear, fenders and front.
This sporty version will be available in a new blue (Blue Iron) body color and elements metallic dark gray (Dark Metal) on the front part and on the exterior mirror housings, which will reinforce its belonging to the world GT cars. The new Mégane GT it also has 18-inch brushed aluminum wheels, which were specially developed for it by Renault Sport.
