When minimalism meets futurism: the new Xpeng P7 is not just a car, but a concept of modern mobility – with a backside that would be the envy of Italian design, and with artificial intelligence that knows where you're going before you know it.

Chinese automaker Xpeng has revealed the first look at the latest version of its electric sports sedan model, the P7. This technological muscle car is clearly aimed at those who want to control the future behind the wheel, not just drive to the store. The exterior? A sleek, metal-clad silhouette with a “bullet vibe” and a sculpted rear that gives the impression of something serious even in the parking lot.

The design is credited to Rafik Ferrag – the design guru who created the first generation of the P7 back in 2018. This time Ferrag forgoes retro flirtation and opts for “classic neutrality.” But don’t worry – even neutrality can have character if it’s dressed in the color of liquid steel, which mirrors its surroundings and creates an almost chameleon-like presence.

New Xpeng P7 2025Interior: smaller cabin, more technology

New ones Xpeng P7 The 2025 seats five passengers – four tech enthusiasts and one driver, who now has far fewer chores to do than before. The interior is more compact than the P7+, which Xpeng says is because it’s not designed as a family “minivan” but more like an electric James Bond two-seater… well, almost.

The vehicle received five stars (current generation) in the C-NCAP and Euro NCAP safety tests, which means it can operate its technology even within the tightly controlled framework of European bureaucracy. Bravo, Xpeng!

Artificial Intelligence: Your New Companion

Since we are no longer talking about vehicles, but about intelligent systems on wheels, the new Xpeng P7 2025 equipped with an AI-powered driving mode. This means the vehicle can adapt to road conditions, your driving habits and – potentially – your mood. Smart driving is activated with a single click, and the driver can enjoy a so-called “immersive smart cockpit” experience. Translated: the digital cabin that every techno-enthusiast (or at least their Instagram) wants.

Under the huge panoramic glass roof that starts above the driver's head and ends only at the trunk, you'll easily forget that you're not on a plane, but in a car. The system is based on visually oriented sensors and cameras, powered by the Turing chip - Xpeng's own AI creation. Yes, Chinese engineering is not joking.

Coming to market: fall 2025 – if the sky doesn't fall to Earth

The new Xpeng P7 2025 will be available in the third quarter of 2025. Where? That remains a secret, shrouded in a cloud of PR silence. Global availability has not yet been confirmed, but given the brand's ambitions, it's only a matter of time before we see the P7 on European roads (or at least on TikTok).

Conclusion: the future smells of steel and algorithms

The new Xpeng P7 2025 is not just an electric car. It is a statement. It is a manifesto of modern mobile thinking – where design meets algorithms and where the steering wheel becomes an accessory. If you have always wanted a vehicle that can think for you while you enjoy the view through the panoramic roof, then the P7 is not the future. It is the present, available this fall.
