The Nissan 370Zki is such a "cool" convertible, the likes of which you've definitely never seen before. They put huge tracks on it and turned it into a real snowmobile. But we can't look forward to it too soon, because you won't see such a car on regular sale. But if you have some engineering-mechanical streak in you, just get down to the business of conversion.
For such a specific modification, significantly more work was required than simply removing the wheels and putting them on caterpillars. It's a caterpillar Nissan order from the company American Track Truck, which provides simple installation, but only on large American pick-ups, not on a small sports two-seater car. The chassis of the Nissan was raised by almost 80 mm, which was still not enough, as the tracks are quite high 121 centimeters. The next step was exchange of shock absorbers and shock absorbers, and they also installed spacers, which moved the tracks away from the car body so that they would not "eat" the tracks.
Fewer adjustments were needed on the front, as there are no tracks per se. They are simply ski-like sleds that we steer with 370 Zkija. The engine and transmission remained the same as found in the regular Nissan 370Z. It is an engine with 332 horsepower and 7-speed automatic gearbox. The Nissan 370Zki is the real deal adrenaline toy, which we would be happy to drive down the white slopes. "Après-ski" in such a car must be the perfect complement to a day of skiing.
