North Korea has only 28 websites.

North Korea is the most hermetically sealed, most isolated and most secretive country in the world. This is also evidenced by the findings of the security engineer of the Uber mobile application, Matthew Bryant, who after an error in North Korea's web system (an error occurred in the configuration of the servers) was able to get hold of the list of all websites with a North Korean domain (.kp). He was surprised to find that North Koreans can only access 28 websites!
