Tomaž Hrovat, who decided more than a decade ago to convert his homestead on Gora pri Komenda into a restaurant, certainly has no shortage of such experience, since even as a child he learned to knead dough in his father Alfonzo's bakery, but his business acumen she did not give peace. After five years of hard work, Hram Gorjan saw its opening.
