Burger Project: When you smell "proper" burgers

Lovers of "proper" burgers, Žiga and Klemen, closed themselves in the kitchen over the winter of 14/15 and prepared the law combination of beef, was looking for a recipe for "brioche bun" and cooked sauces. In early April, they joined forces with the team just opened Cafes Pool, mine burgers presented to the first guests, and included their opinions as extremely important in further development. Hence the name Project Burger, as it is about continuous development, in which burger lovers, suppliers, friends and families are significantly involved.

They started on stands and baked on weekends, from May onwards they bake every day, except in case of bad weather. It turned out that they were doing well, because people are above them burgers excited and praised above expectations. The two hard-working boys are currently working on arranging a more concrete facility as soon as possible, where they can be with burgers served every day, but especially expanded the offer with sliders, sandwiches, homemade fries and salads.

They are currently on offer three burgers. What all three have in common is a "brioche bun", baked in a local bakery according to their own recipe and so on 150 grams of quality local beef, freshly prepared every day. dr. Oldskul is a classic, in which we get iceberg lettuce, Lušt tomatoes and homemade 1000 Islands sauce. Mr. Cheeznot is a cheeseburger in the Projekt Burger style, ice cream and Luštu are joined by a slice of English Cheddar, fresh cucumbers, sweet onions and also 1000 Islands sauce. The Lord BarbiQ is a real man's burger, where the beef comes to the fore even more. Cheddar, crispy pancetta and homemade BBQ sauce, and for freshness a little more sweet onion and Lušt. But since a good beer goes well with a burger, we v Cafe Pool in addition to the classics, they also serve Slovenian Pelicon and Mali Grad, Serbian Visibaba and Czech Kozlo.
