When you want something sweet in the evening, chocolate-filled pears are the right choice. In combination with hazelnuts, a little cheese, seasoned with cinnamon and nutmeg, they represent a perfect harmony of simplicity, sweetness and fine cream.
Eat them still warm, then the taste experience is the best!
Baked pears stuffed with chocolate
Ingredients
- 4 ripe pears (peel them, halve them, hollow out the insides and remove the pits)
- 40 g of oatmeal
- 80 g of finely chopped hazelnuts
- a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 50 g of dark chocolate (70 percent cocoa)
- 100 g of mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Mix oatmeal, hazelnuts, cinnamon and coconut oil in a bowl.
- Place the pears, nutmeg and half a cup of water in the pan. Place on medium heat. Cover and let the pears cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Then transfer the pears to the baking tray.
- Melt the chocolate and mix it into the oatmeal mixture. Stuff the pears with the resulting mixture and bake them at 180°C for about 10-15 minutes.
- While the pears are in the oven, gently beat in the vanilla and mascarpone. Pour the prepared filling over the finished pears. Serve while warm and enjoy!
