- 5 bananas
- 130 ml of vegetable drink (soybean, rice, oat, almond...)
- 80 g of oil
- 200 g of semolina flour
- 50 g of ground hazelnuts or walnuts
- 10 g of baking powder
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 80 g of edible chocolate for cooking
- any amount of wafers
Preparation
Mash 4 bananas in a bowl, and when you get a pulp, add oil and vegetable drink and mix well. Add semolina flour, hazelnuts or walnuts, baking powder and cinnamon to the mixture and mix well again. Cut or crumble the chocolate and wafers into small pieces and gently mix them into the mixture, leaving some for decoration.
