Ingredients

  • 500 ml of milk
  • 60 gram density
  • pinch of salt
  • 3-5 tablespoons of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 5 tablespoons of crushed biscuits
  • a little raspberry jam or other fruit
  • coconut flour

Directions

  1. Add the thickener, three tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to half a liter of milk and mix everything together with a whisk.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and be sure to stir (it is not necessary all the time).
  3. When the mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat and stir for about half a minute to thicken the mixture.
  4. Add five tablespoons of ground biscuits to the resulting cream and mix well. Add a few teaspoons of jam (to taste) and mix.
  5. Line a narrow pan or mold with food foil and pour the mixture, spreading it with a spoon so that it is fairly even.
  6. Cover with transparent foil, leave for ten minutes at room temperature (because it is still warm) and then place in the refrigerator.
  7. When it hardens, remove the foil and cut it into approximately equal cubes, which are rolled in coconut flour.
