Here is a quick and easy recipe for making pastries. The strawberries give it that finishing touch that makes this dessert even more delicious.
Pastries with pudding and strawberries
Ingredients
- 100 g of rice
- 500 ml of milk
- 100 ml of water
- 100 ml of milk
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 80 g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar

Directions
- Wash the rice well and cook it in 500 ml of milk and 100 ml of water on low heat for about half an hour, in a half-covered pot.
- Add 1 vanilla pudding, vanilla sugar and 80 g of sugar to 100 ml of cold milk. Mix well and add everything to the rice.
- Cook the pudding with rice while stirring constantly.
- Mash the strawberries with a fork, then add a little sugar and let them release their juice.
- Place the pudding and rice mixture at the bottom of the glass and pour over the mashed strawberries (or vice versa). Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
