- 600 g of white wheat flour

- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of yeast

Preparation
Mix softened butter, sugar and lukewarm milk in a bowl, and add 300 grams of flour to the mixture. Put the remaining flour in another container and mix in the yeast. Then you mix the mackerel and add vanilla extract and egg. Pour 1 deciliter of lukewarm water and knead well to get a smooth dough. Before leaving it to rise in a warm place for two hours, coat it with a drop of oil. After the elapsed time, knead it and let it rise for another hour. After 60 minutes, you roll it out to one centimeter and cut out ten circles from the dough, which you leave to rise for one hour. Then heat the oil to 180 degrees Celsius and fry the donuts in it (in a deep fryer). Bake them for about 2 minutes on each side. When they have cooled, use a syringe to inject more Nutella into them.
