Pasta with peas they are considered a real bomb carbohydrates and proteins of plant origin. Pasta with peas
Ingredients
- 700 ml tomato puree or 2 fresh tomatoes
- 500 ml of water
- 300 g of pasta as desired
- 200 g of peas
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 vegetable soup cube
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of spice mix
- half a teaspoon of chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- vegetable oil
Directions
- Pour a little oil into a large pot and add the chopped onion, garlic, pepper and carrots.
- Add the spices and then simmer for a few minutes.
- Pour water and tomato puree over the mixture, then add the cubed vegetables, pasta and peas and partially cover the pot with a lid.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bon Appetit!

- Instead peas you can also use red lentils.
