Recipe for homemade grape juice without sugar:
Ingredients for homemade grape juice without sugar (for approx. 8 dcl of juice):
- 400 g of black grapes
- water
The process of making homemade grape juice without sugar:
Remove the grapes from the stalks and place them in a large cooking pot, into which pour enough water to cover the grapes. When the water boils, cook for another 15 minutes. Strain the juice into another container, mash the grapes well to release all the liquid, then boil the juice again and put it in the oven for an hour, then cool it to room temperature. The juice can be diluted with water as desired. If the bottles are disinfected beforehand (it is best to do this by placing them in an oven heated to 80 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes) and store the juice in a dark place, it can last up to two years.
The preparation of grape juice is even simpler with a juicer. In this case, we simply remove the grapes from the stem, shake the berries into a juicer, which does everything for us. And the juice is ready. If necessary, dilute it with water.
