If you're looking for the perfect creamy and refreshing dessert that's easy to make, look no further. This ice cream cake has a unique taste. You will make it in 15 minutes, but the hardest part will be waiting for it to harden.
Iced Cheesecake Cake
Ingredients
- 8 g of gelatin
- 40 ml of water
- 200 g of fresh soft cheese (mascarpone)
- 70 g of powdered sugar
- 300 ml of sweet cream
- 50 g of strawberries
- 100 g of biscuits
Directions
- Dissolve the gelatin in water and let it swell.
- Mix cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add the sweet cream and beat with a mixer until it becomes thick.
- Heat the swollen gelatin in the microwave and add it to the filling. Beat well.
- Then add the strawberries and mix.
- Line a narrow mold, such as the one for bread, with transparent foil and pour the mixture.
- Take the cookies and stick them in the mixture in several places.
- Flatten it from above and put it in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Take the cake out of the mold upside down and cut it.
