- 1 kg of vanilla ice cream
- a little strawberry jam
- 250 g of dark chocolate
- 200 g of milk chocolate
- 125 g of coconut flour

- Take the ice cream out of the freezer for at least 10 minutes, but make sure it doesn't melt completely. Pour it into a mold lined with baking paper.
- Pour over the jam, then take longer wooden sticks and stick them on the mass. Pay attention to the distance, as we will cut into cubes later.
- Store overnight in the freezer.
