Recipe: easy donuts without eggs, yeast, milk and without frying (VIDEO)

Crazy right? And so easy and healthy.

The first real recipe for this sweet pastry can be found by English cooks from 1803.

It doesn't matter if you fry them, bake them in the oven, fill them with jam and cover them with glaze, donuts always bring a smile to your face.

Here is their healthy version with only 3 ingredients, and you can replace the flour with almonds.

Light donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup flour (add more if needed)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a little chocolate

Directions

  1. Mash the banana with a fork, then add flour and baking powder. Mix the dough and roll it out.
  2. Then, use a round mold to make circles and place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
  4. Dip the baked ones in the melted chocolate.
