Recipe for monkey bread:

Ingredients for monkey bread:

  • Pizza dough
  • mozzarella (or any other cheese)
  • ham (or any other type of salami)
  • herbal oil
  • cheese (for grating)
  • sour cream (optional)

Steps for making monkey bread:
Place pieces of salami and cheese on approximately four-centimeter squares of dough and close (you may or may not make a ball). Dip them in herbal oil and place in a baking tray. After covering the bottom, sprinkle with cheese or spread with sour cream. Place another row on top of the balls (they will rise during baking, so don't overdo it). Then transfer the pan to the oven, heated to 190 degrees Celsius, and bake for 15 minutes. When the bread is baked, let it stand for 10 minutes to cool a bit, then turn it over and serve (you can have it with the sauces). Have a good run!
