Oatmeal with banana can be prepared in just 10 minutes, but also does not require many ingredients. Ingredients

  • 1 and a half cups of oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 3 cups of water, vegetable milk (coconut, rice, oat...) or their mixture
  • 3 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • blueberries as desired

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, peanut butter, cinnamon, water or milk and three-quarters of the banana that you cut into pieces.
  2. Cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the rest of the banana and blueberries and serve.

Additional tip:

In addition to bananas and blueberries, you can add something else to this recipe fruit, we suggest above all berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries...), but you can also use peanut instead almond or nut butter.
