Is there a simpler and more popular dish than pancakes? Their smell is reminiscent of the warmth of home, and its various fillings prove again and again that they are the best, the tastiest, the softest - in short, the best.
Pancakes can be prepared in different ways, from savory, filled with meat and vegetables, to sweet, topped with delicious sauces, decorated with fruit or simply covered with your favorite jam or chocolate spread.
We present a recipe that smells of the winter season - pancakes with stewed apples seasoned with cinnamon and brown sugar and caramel sauce.
Pancakes with apple filling
Ingredients
- First part:
- 170 g of flour
- 4 tablespoons Gustin
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of ground flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder Second part:
- 360 ml of milk
- 1 small banana
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- oil for frying Filling:
- 3 peeled and sliced apples
- 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 spoon Gustin
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Directions
- To make pancakes, simply put all the ingredients from the first part in a bowl and mix.
- Mix all the ingredients (except oil) from the second part in a blender, then add to the first mixture and mix well.
- Let the dough rest for five minutes. Heat some oil in a Teflon pan. Pour over the mixture and cook the pancakes until all the mixture is used up (the mixture will thicken over time, so add a little milk).
- For the filling, put diced apples in a pan, immediately add the rest of the ingredients and let everything boil for a few minutes on a low heat. Add a few spoonfuls of the filling to each pancake, roll it up and serve it with a caramel sauce topping.
