Are you looking for inspiration for a slightly different dessert that will surpass the eternal classic - sorbet? Then for this year's New Year's dessert, choose panna cotta with white chocolate and sparkling wine.
Ingredients for 6 glasses:
- 5 dl of Mu Cuisine sweet cream
- 4 dl Muscat sparkling wine
- 10 sheets of gelatin
- 100 g of white chocolate
- vanilla trade fair
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
- edible pearls
- strawberries
- breezes
Preparation:
Sparkling jelly:
Soak 5 sheets of gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Heat half a cup of sparkling wine to a boil, remove from heat, add strained gelatin, stir until the gelatin melts, add the remaining sparkling wine, mix again and pour the jelly into glasses. Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. We push the edible pearls into the jelly, which will illustrate the bubbles of sparkling wine.
White chocolate panna cotta:
Soak 5 sheets of gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Heat the Mu Cuisine sweet cream until it boils, remove from the heat, stir in the white chocolate, vanilla paste (or seeds) and well-squeezed gelatin. Leave it on the counter to cool to room temperature. Carefully pour the cooled panna cotta onto the hardened sparkling jelly. Place everything in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours to harden the panna cotta.
