The dish originating from the French cuisine known as Cordon Bleu is one of the most popular in the world. The appearance suggests that the preparation is very difficult, in fact it is very simple!

It is a meat specialty that looks very decorative on the table and is neither complicated nor expensive to make.

It is made from veal or pork, but it can also be from chicken, and a piece of ham is usually added to the cheese, which gives it a whole new dimension of taste.

Although at first glance it seems like something reserved for prestigious restaurants, it is clear from the ingredients that anyone can prepare this juicy and tasty dish.

Usually it is in crumbs, this time we will prepare it without.
